I have not received my joining instructions
First things first check your junk (sometimes it ends up in there). If you still have not received your joining instructions within 24 hours, please contact us.
Why is my/my organisation’s information not in the membership directory?
There are several reasons for this first you need to create the membership profile. A member of the CoE team will then review the content and approve it, once approved it will appear on the directory.
How do I create my Membership Directory Entry?
Just log in, click member directory, and then ‘add profile’.
How do I edit my information on the membership Directory? What can I include?
Just log in, click member directory, and then edit profile. You can include logos, articles and certificates that demonstrate why you are a fantastic company.
PAS 2035 Template Access
How do I access the template?
As part of your membership, you may be entitled to a copy of our PAS 2035 template. The instructions for this will be attached to your joining instructions. If you have any issues or questions, please contact our Membership Coordinator.
I want to use the template on multiple devices
Unfortunately, the licence key will only work on one device. The number of licence keys you are allowed depends on your membership.
I need more licence keys; can I purchase more?
Yes, please contact our Membership Coordinator for more information.
Is the template updated regularly?
Yes, we will send you a copy of any updates to your inbox then you always have the latest version.
